Bobby von Barton is a very handsome 8 year old red/black long haired German Shepherd. Looks like Bobby didn't have an easy life, one of his ears has some fly damage usually caused by being left outside all the time.  Sadly his owner dumped him at the shelter for unknown reasons, we think most likely because he's not a young dog anymore.  He is such a nice boy, he loves and appreciates any attention he gets. He would be a perfect companion for an owner who is looking for an easy and mellow friend to hang out with.  We rescued Bobby so we can give him the chance to live out his life in a loving home, hopefully curled up by a fireplace with some loving humans around him. He doesn't need much, just some yummy meals, a soft doggie bed and lots of love. We know it takes a special person to adopt an older shepherd, but the rewards are just amazing knowing you gave a senior dog the love and comfort they so need and deserve.
